This is a must have for all Jag lovers. The legendary His Masters Voice 400T which has been optically restored and equipped with new electronics. An integrated Bluetooth interface allows direct connection to modern audio sources such as a smartphone or MP3 player. A state of the art CLASS-D amplifier provides powerful stereo sound. The radio can be operated as usual. It comes to life by turning the volume control with the typical click. The volume can of course be regulated on the device as usual. The dial is also illuminated in classic green. Absolutely noise-free radio reception or music streaming (e.g. Spotify) are possible using the appropriate mobile phone apps via the Bluetooth connection. Technically up to date and visually as new, the 400T goes back to where it belongs – in the well-padded leather cockpit of a British classic.
Even the most beautiful vintage Maserati is only half as fun without the right sound. Unfortunately, the Autovox RA112 is only capable of medium and short wave reception. Nowadays you don’t get much more than a few noisy channels from abroad. In order to give the radio a meaning again, we have completely updated the electronics. The RA112 can be operated from the front as usual. It can be switched on with a turn of the volume control and the typical click. Instead of the original noise, however, there is a subtle fanfare that activates the newly integrated Bluetooth interface and the high-end Class D amplifier. The RA112 is thus state-of-the-art. Modern audio sources (e.g. smartphone or MP3 player) can easily be connected to the radio via Bluetooth. Noise-free listening to the radio or streaming via Spotify is no problem with the corresponding mobile phone APPs. The look also leaves nothing to be desired, because with the new leather front and the freshly polished chrome elements, the elegant radio shines like on the day it was made. The Autovox RA112 is a beautiful classic which will let you enjoy a Maserati ride even more.
In its glorious past, Motorola built, among other things, beautiful car radios, which were also sold with various Jaguar models. This radio is a typical representative of an AM-only receiver, therefore it made sense to replace the old tube technology with modern microelectronics. Despite the new technology integrated, the radio can still be operated as before. Power- (on/off) and volume- control can be carried out by using the left rotary knob. The beautiful dial is illuminated as soon as the device is turned on. This creates the “look and feel” that one expects from a classic of this era.
